Visual quality correction, October 28: Some previously approved cutouts retained white fringes, shadows, or damaged package outlines. Successful loading and source checks did not establish visual quality. The edge-repaired filter shows individually checked corrections. Edge-screen-flag is an automatic inspection signal; genuine white products can trigger it. It is not a confirmed defect count. Unlisted cutouts are not newly visually approved by this pass.
Opaque graphics and unapproved product cutouts stay on a complete white square. Qualified primary and individually reviewed gallery photographs use subject-aware transparency masks. Reviewed silhouettes, original transparency and aquarium hero photos retain their reef presentation. Product photos and lettering are unchanged.
Audit results describe the source analysis; presentation counts describe the current display policy. New or changed photos follow the same white-square default. Original and current presentation appear side by side below. Transparency in a file does not by itself prove that its white background is gone; primary transparent photos have also been screened for embedded white panels. Subject masks qualify through automated checks with sampling, or explicit original/mask visual review. Approved masks use a checksum-pinned copy of their reviewed original photo, avoiding supplier CDN variations. These are reviewed snapshots; supplier photo changes require a fresh audit and publication. Uncertain results keep the original white panel.
